The kaptia.eu website and the Kaptia demonstration assistant (the "demo") are published and operated by FTR Media Agency, a sole proprietorship established at 3 Place François-Joseph Dargent, L-1413 Luxembourg (business permit no. 10174150/1), hereinafter "Kaptia", "we".

Data We Process

Website demo widget. The first name, language and fictitious property you select are used solely to pre-fill the WhatsApp message opened on your device. The website does not store any of this information.

WhatsApp demo. When you message our demonstration number, we process your phone number, your WhatsApp profile name, the first name you provide and the content of your messages.

Audience measurement. The website uses Plausible Analytics, without cookies or individual identifiers: only aggregated statistics (page views, referral source, property and language selected in the widget).

Purposes and Legal Bases

Providing the conversational demo — performance of steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Commercial follow-up with professionals who have tested the demo — legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR); you may object to this at any time.

Security and abuse prevention (volume limits, deduplication) — legitimate interest.

Artificial Intelligence

Demo responses are generated by a language model provided by Anthropic. No decision producing legal effects concerning you is taken on a solely automated basis (Article 22 GDPR).

The demo is a simulation: please do not share sensitive data through it (documents, bank details, third-party data).

Recipients and Processors

Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd (WhatsApp Business Platform) — message delivery; Meta retains messages for a maximum of 30 days as a processor.

Anthropic PBC (United States) — generation of demo responses.

Supabase — database, hosted in Frankfurt (EU). Render — application hosting, Frankfurt region (EU). Vercel — website hosting. Plausible — audience measurement (EU).

No data is sold or transmitted to third parties for advertising purposes.

Transfers Outside the European Union

Processing by Anthropic involves a transfer to the United States, governed by the safeguards of Article 46 GDPR (standard contractual clauses and/or EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework certification). All other processing takes place within the EU.

Retention Periods

Demo messages: 30 days, then automatic deletion.

Contacts (first name, number, language, property of interest): 12 months from the last contact, then automatic deletion.

Audience measurement: aggregated data, without individual identifiers.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to the processing of your data. To exercise these rights: contact@kaptia.eu or the Data Deletion page. We respond within 30 days.

You may lodge a complaint with the Commission nationale pour la protection des données (CNPD), the Luxembourg data protection authority: cnpd.public.lu.

Intended Audience and Updates

The demo is intended for real estate professionals; it is not intended for minors.
