Your Right
You may request the deletion of data related to your use of the Kaptia demo at any time (GDPR, Article 17). This page describes the process — it also serves as deletion instructions within the meaning of Meta's requirements.
How to Request Deletion
By e-mail: write to contact@kaptia.eu, stating the WhatsApp number used for the demo.
Within the conversation: simply ask for your data to be deleted in the WhatsApp conversation with the demo.
We will confirm the request and carry out the deletion within a maximum of 30 days.
What Is Deleted
The contact record (first name, number, language, property of interest), the message history and the associated records in our systems.
Automatic Deletion
Without any request on your part, messages are automatically deleted after 30 days and contacts after 12 months.
Data at WhatsApp/Meta
The WhatsApp Business platform retains messages for a maximum of 30 days as a processor. Messages within your own WhatsApp app are governed by your device and by the WhatsApp Privacy Policy.
