Purpose

These terms govern the use of the kaptia.eu website and the Kaptia WhatsApp demonstration assistant, published by FTR Media Agency, a sole proprietorship established at 3 Place François-Joseph Dargent, L-1413 Luxembourg (business permit no. 10174150/1). By using the demo, you accept them.

Nature of the Demonstration

Properties shown are fictitious and labelled « bien de démonstration » (demonstration property). No real property listing, real appointment or transaction results from the demo.

Responses are generated by artificial intelligence and may contain errors. They do not constitute real estate, legal, tax or financial advice under any circumstances.

Usage Limits

The demo is limited to 30 messages per number per day and 30 messages per conversation; a session expires after 24 hours of inactivity. Messages are limited to 1,000 characters; only text is supported.

Acceptable Use

The following are prohibited: abuse or spam, attempts to manipulate or circumvent the assistant, and the transmission of unlawful content or third-party personal data. We may suspend access in the event of non-compliance.

Availability and Liability

The demo is provided "as is", without any warranty of availability, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, Kaptia shall not be liable for indirect damages related to its use.

Intellectual Property

The Kaptia trademark, the website and their content are protected. Any unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Luxembourg law; the courts of Luxembourg have jurisdiction. The French version shall prevail.
